Hive Fleet Ketos Aithiopios

It has been awhile since i have used this do to school, work, and a new baby but also i am back and will be posting my works again. First task on my list after a very enjoyable game of APOC with my tyranids i will be finally working on my Harridan lest see what happens.

The beginning

Flight with the Raven

With the Grey Knight Box set I have crafted my Librarian for my Raven Guard army and he is very very cool looking. The top half is the Grey Knight with the staff and Stormbolter. but what I have done is used a classic range Ventro Jet pack and Assault Marines lower legs. I then took Dark Angel Hooded head and iconography cut up and off the wings and placed them on the right leg and jet pack. Finality I littered him with purity seals for his many campaigns. Not sure what I am going to name him but I know it will be as glorious as the model himself.

I will be putting paint to these guys soon now to finish painting the skinks lol.

A swing of change Space Marine Librarians

So I was working on a commission and got a wonderful idea to use the Grey Knight Box set to custom make my own Librarians for my Raven Guard army and Mantis Warriors. Well here is what i got so far this is what my Mantis Warriors Librarian. I based him off the story of C.S. Goto's Warrior Brood Shaidan. I took the bottom legs of an assault marine, most of a top half of a Grey knight, Then I took 2 Halberds and made a double bladed staff that Shaidan wields. I think he looks sweet. Now tell me what you think.  

 Next i will be putting together the Librarian for my Raven Guard but I think that will be tomorrow it is 5 am.

Razordon skinks

Here are the 9 Skinks that go with the Razordons. I was trying to go with a collard lizard effect let me know what you think. There base is black with a hawk turquoise white belly with a brown ink for contrast. The head was done in a sunburst yellow and brown wash and of course all metal was bronze except for the blade that was mithril with a black wash. A completed picture will be up as soon as I can got some commission stuff to do and school work.

Tell me what you think. I used some Ardcoat to make the water glisten . Thinking of doing a brown ink wash to give the water muddy felling and ill have to muddy the legs a little if I do. well let me know. right now I have there 9 skinks I will be painting up to look like collard lizards as you can see to the left of the pick I got the white under body done. Razordons

So here is the start and as things progress i will have more to add so please let me know what you think i would like to see what other people have for ideas. These Razordons have a bace coat of Bubonic Brown with a water ink of Snakebite leather the scales and spines are ink with a brown wast and then dry brushed with a Bleachbone. The metal plates are done in a Shinning Gold. Teeth and claws Bleachbone with brown black washes. The tongue is a Blood Red with a Black wash.
